Situated 2 hours south of Kruger Park, 3.5 hours from Johannesburg and west of Mozambique, the breath taking beauty of the area and its spectacular views transport visitors into a multi-dimensional experience which offer as much adventure, solitude, adrenaline or tranquillity as desired.

For something different also try out our houseboat located on Maguga Dam. The beautiful Maguga Dam is surrounded by gorgeous indigenous bush, has stunning bird life and is well stocked with Large Mouth Bass (the record catch was + 5kg). A day trip or stay overnight is the perfect way to escape into the tranquility and serenity that Swaziland has to offer.

Backpackers

This beautiful high-ceilinged converted barn has been transformed into a funky dormitory style hostel with showers, toilets and kitchen facilities. We can stable 36 people in 12 twin rooms - bed configurations are up to the occupants. We provide the linen, blankets and the gorgeous views. Visitors are welcome to make use of the resort restaurant and playground.

Our 36 thatched luxury en-suite chalets are a fascinating, inspired blend of traditional Swazi materials and glass pannelled front walls creating a delicious combination of warmth and light. Waterways meander through the indigenous landscaped gardens enclosed by a serpentine braided wattle fence. The feather pillows & down duvets, sheen & linen mixed with hessian & printed cloth complete the cultural / contemporary synthesis unique to our style.

Maguga Dam Houseboat

This beautiful sleek cruiser sleeps 4 and is fully equipped and self-catering. There is a radio/CD player, barbeque facilities, fish and depth finder and bathroom facilities onboard. Optional extras include daily rentals and gillie services (including a boat driver, if required).
