Overzicht
Our house is built on a lower slope of the mountain, and next to it is the country house which we rent out to guests. It has a little fenced-in garden with a big oak tree and a tree house for the bigger children, as well as a sand box for the little ones. A mobile braai is available, and wood is provided.
The house has one en suite bedroom with a double bed and a cot. The two other bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two singles) and another little room with one bed, share the second bathroom. The open plan living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, micro, fridge etc, a dining area with a very large table, and a lounge area with an open fire place (wood supplied)
Every room is fitted with a ceiling fan for summer conditions.
In the morning you will wake to the sounds of a farm: a crowing cock, bleating sheep, and hadidas and guinea fowl greeting the new day. If this is the life style you enjoy, we extend a warm welcome to you here at Oude Tol.
