When entering the apartment, you have the kitchen and open plan living area which opens to a balcony with views of the ocean. The kitchen has granite tops and is fully equipped with a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, a kettle, etc and breakfast nook with 4 chairs. The apartment is fitted with an air conditioner for those long warm days and nights in our moderate climate. The living area has a lounge suite, 42 inch flat screen TV & cabinet, a DVD Player and full bouquet DSTV, and dining table with 4 chairs.
The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. All linen and towels are provided (beach towels to be brought with), and both of the bathrooms have an oversize shower, a toilet and a basin.
You have access to the balcony from the living area and from the main bedroom. The balcony has a patio table, chairs and kettle braai overlooking the ocean, making it ideal for sun downers or early morning breakfasts.
The complex is enclosed with a swimming pool, has access control and guards on duty 24/7. A secure and exclusive shaded parking bay is available to park your vehicle.
