La Lechere Guest House is situated 5 minutes from the Kruger National Park, Phalaborwa Gate. We cater for both leisure and business guests, providing a unique African experience to our guests. We can organize various safari and activity options for our guests including: Kruger Park safaris, Olifants River Cruise safari, Hoedspruit Endangered Species Center visit and many other exciting activities in the nearby region.
Accommodation at La Lechere Guest House is provided in 6 private bedrooms (King, Queen and Twin bed options) with en-suite bathrooms (shower only) and 1 executive suite with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. All rooms have access to a private patio that opens onto the tropical Gardens, while communal facilities include a Lounge/Lapa, Bar, swimming pool, tropical Gardens and secure parking.
All Bedrooms at La Lechere Guest House are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets over the bed, minibar, safe, complimentary coffee/tea station, DSTV with 10 selected channels including BBC World, SABC 1, 2, 3, movie channels and 3 sports channels. Free wireless internet is available in all guest rooms and throughout the Guest House areas. Secure parking is available for all guests inside the Guest House security gate.
Using La Lechere Guest House as a base, guests can enjoy day & night game viewing drives into the adjacent Kruger National Park, guided bush walks, sunrise & sunset cruises on the Olifants River, golf at the world famous Hans Merensky Hotel and Spa, cultural tours and access to view the largest open cast copper mines in the world in Phalaborwa. Transfers to and from Phalaborwa Airport can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
