Fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery & glasses. Contains oven, stove & fridge. Ideal for a couple sharing a double bed.
Clients will also have use of table and chairs overlooking the mountain outside their rooms and use of the private pool and loungers is available just a few steps down at the front of the property. Braai and braai area also at disposal upon request. Maid service twice a week in the high season included in the price but can be arranged if required more at an extra fee.
Wonderfully positioned for all sightseeing. Great pubs and bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Large supermarket within minutes walk. The best surfing on Muizenberg beach 5 minutes walk away. Mountain trails for hiking behind the house. Shell collecting and swimming in the sea. 3 great golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Absolute peace and quiet, you only hear the waves at night.
Please note only the one or two people booked in, permitted on the property, no guests of clients, no parties and no loud music.
