It is close to the world famous CampsBay and Clifton beaches, Central Cape Town, Table Mountain & cable car, scenic Chapmans Peak Drive to Cape Point, as well as the V&A Waterfront & tourist information centre. Only minutes from: restaurants, theatre, nightlife, clubs & bars, wine routes, golf courses, health clubs (with related sporting activities), diving, paragliding, parasailing, horse riding, bird watching, historic places of interest, Royal Cape Yacht Club & Cape Town International Airport.
On entering the Villa through the plant lined entrance hall, you will find a formal lounge with an open fire place, living room, dining room, (double volume with large picture window), games room (with chess, pool table & dart board), fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
There are 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people, along with 3 bathrooms (main en-suite with spa bath & dressing room). Sleeping facilities can also be arranged in the very large games room, which is the highest room in the Villa with its own patio & unobstructed views of the whole of Camps Bay & the Table Mountain Nature Reserve. Each room is equipped with its own TV, clock radio, air-conditioner, safe, lantern, fire extinguisher & hair drier.
On offer, for your enjoyment, there is a solar heated rim flow swimming pool with martini seating….jacuzzi spa bath with massage jets….both a built-in & portable barbeque….comfortable outdoor furniture, loungers & umbrellas.
