The villa has a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and an open plan living/ dining/ lounge area leading onto a large undercover terrace through glass foldaway doors. A private sparkling infinity pool is surrounded by a magnificent spacious wooden deck that runs the entire width of the villa and overlooks the sea. This is the heart of all social activity and entertainment. The variety and comfort of the outdoor furniture is ideal for having a lazy morning breakfast, watching the whales play, soaking up the sun, BBQ’s or wining and dining with spectacular sunsets.
The air-conditioned villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, flat screen TV’s and sound bars, Marshall speakers, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wifi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels. Exclusive private parking, 2 garages and 4 open parking’s. House-keeping service is available upon request: Monday to Friday, 8h00am to 16h00pm at no cost and Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays at R450.00 a day.
The Beach House is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.
