A self-catering unit situated in the suburb of Vincent in East London, which can comfortably accommodate a family of four or friends, who dont mind the open plan layout,with no interleading doors.
Vincentia Odd Cottage is not attached to our main residence. The unit consists of a kitchen with the basics, including a microwave, a two plate gas hob (no oven) as well as a fridge. The lounge area is fitted with a TV with DStv channels. Guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs as well as secure on site parking for one car in our driveway. From the parking space you will walk along a pathway through our front garden to gain access to the cottage.
Please note that we do have friendly dogs on the premises that will bark when you arrive and leave. The bedroom window overlooks our splash pool and sundeck where our dogs sleep and play. The neighbourhood does have dogs that bark at different times of the day/night which I am unable to control.
Please No late night parties or playing loud music for consideration to our other guest and family members. Please ensure that the correct number of guests are indicate for quote or payment thereof as we will not allow any additional guests in to the Cottage.
Electricity supply cannot always be guaranteed 24/7 due to Eskom load shedding at various times of the day. Water restriction are also in place so please use water sparingly.

Als het tarief voor een hele unit is, is de prijs voor het maximaal aantal personen gebruikt om tarieven te kunnen vergelijken. Het tarief voor bungalows en villa's is echter altijd gebaseerd op het totaalbedrag per huis/woning ongeacht het aantal personen dat er kan overnachten.
