Overzicht
Old Cape Last Trading Post is located in Struisbaai, within walking distance from the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants. A licenced restaurant and bar are available on the premises offering freshly baked bread and the best coffee. You could also just relax on the patio with a Sundowner.
Accommodation is offered in 4 self-catering units. Units 1,2 & 3 each sleep 6 guests. Unit 1 and 3 (Wafra and Pioneer) has 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds in the living area, and Unit 2 (Arniston) has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and 1 bunk bed in the open plan living area. Each unit is fitted with queen-size beds, free WIFI, satellite TV, safe parking and a private outside area with barbeque facilities.
Unit 4 (De Oude Kraal) sleeps 4 guests and comprises of 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchenette and bunk bed. There is also sheltered outdoor barbeque facilities set under beautiful trees
Bedding and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. A laundry and cleaning service are available at an extra fee.
Attractions include the Southern Tip of Africa, the second oldest lighthouse in South Africa and the longest uninterrupted beach in the southern hemisphere.
Activities include swimming, fishing, horse riding, hiking in the nature reserve, wine tasting, birdwatching, surfing and a visit to some of the historic shipwrecks.

The unit we stayed in was lovely and had everything that we needed.
The restaurant at the front has excellent food and the staff super friendly and helpful.
They even assisted in trying to get hold of the owner when we arrived.
