This Bushveld oasis provides ample opportunities to view several game species and birdlife that can be photographed, including Big 5 game viewing. Each room contains an en-suite bathroom, a private deck with garden or pool views, air-conditioning, coffee- and tea-making facilities, and a desk with a seat. There is a communal kitchen near the guest lounge. The entire lodge can be rented as exclusively as a whole for a group by arrangement and availability. The area of Phalaborwa lies near the Valley of the Elephants, an unspoiled Wilderness oasis nestled at the northernmost point of the Drakensberg Mountains and on the cusp of the Greater Kruger. It is here that visitors will discover the rich heritage that South Africa has to offer.
Phalaborwa is a town in the Mopani District Municipality, Limpopo province, South Africa. It is located near the confluence of the Ga-Selati River and the Olifants, halfway up along the western border of the Kruger National Park in the Lowveld. The area is well-known for its game-viewing and bird-watching opportunities, including being the gateway to the Kruger National Park.
