Chapter One Overnight Cottage is a spacious and private self-catering cottage with a homely feeling located in Montana Park, Pretoria. Chapter One is within walking distance to Kolonnade Shopping Centre and Montana Traders. Montana Private Hospital is only 7 minutes away. A variety of restaurants and take-a-way places are close by. The cottage is ideal to overnight for emergencies or doctors appointments at Montana Private Hospital, families or business men. Long Term stays can be arranged at a special rate.
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the second bedroom contains a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features an Android TV with full DStv channels, Netflix and Youtube. Free Wi-Fi is available. Your own private swimming pool, lapa and outdoor braai are available for your enjoyment. Secure parking with remote access is available.
Sunrise breakfast or a health breakfast can be ordered for your convenience. A laundry and ironing service are available on request. A shuttle service can be arranged.

Very luxurious, clean and neat. Had a wonderful experience at Chapter One Overnight Cottage. Very safe and private. Owner friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed the showmax and Netflix channels. For longer stay there's a hair and beauty salon on premises. Will definitely stay at Chapter One again.
