Accommodation is clean and comfortable with an open-plan living area. The lounge has ample couches and a smart flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open onto a sea and lagoon facing balcony with seating arrangements and built-in BBQ/Braai. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a bar counter and chairs for dining.

Lazur Holiday Apartment Wilderness comprises of two bedrooms sleeping up to five people. The master bedroom offers lovely sea and lagoon views. There is a bathroom with shower and bath plus seperate toilet.

Rates valid to 9 December 2026. Peak Season (10 Dec - 10 Jan) Min 5 - 7 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 2 nights. Easter 2026 (3 - 6 April) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 2 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 2 nights. - Access via some stairs, not wheel-chair accessible. - There is no inverter or back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1250 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 5 people sharing in 2 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. - Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. This apartment is on the 2nd storey/upper level of the complex. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. - Please bring your own baby camp cot & high chair with. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - No pets are allowed on the property. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Lazur Holiday Apartment is situated in a quiet residential complex. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
