Sempurna is an Indonesian word meaning “perfect”, and best describes the farm and its beautiful environment. Sempurna Estate is a working grape and fruit farm 1km outside the quaint town of McGregor. This Heritage site offers luxury and self-catering accommodation and many activities.

The beautiful historic, self-catering Kecil Cottage sleeps 2-4 people. The main double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. It has a kitchenette, courtyard with a braai. Kecil's second bedroom sleeps 2 people in single beds with an en-suite half bathroom. If you prefer more luxury the 3 Santai Suites sleep 6 people in king beds with full en-suite bathrooms and a lounge. The optional breakfast baskets can be ordered with your reservation.

Kecil's functional kitchen has an electric stove with oven, fridge and deep freeze, toaster, kettle and microwave. The Santai Suites have a coffee/tea making facility, a bar fridge and a lounge, TV with certain DStv channels available. Wi-Fi.

Sempurna Estate is not only a working fruit and grape farm, it has a 25m indoor heated pool and gym facility for those who wish to holiday and not interrupt their training schedules. If outdoor activities are for you, you can enjoy the 11km single track into the mountains for cyclists, trail runners and walkers. Our tranquil Gardens with the view of the mountains caters for those who wish to relax.

In McGregor (1km away) one can explore the various art and craft galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants. Every Saturday morning there is a market selling home made goods. If you are looking to relax there is opportunity for various types of massages. The Vrolikheid nature reserve is not far from Sempurna Estate and boasts abundant bird life. McGregor is famous for the Eseltjiesrus Donkey Sanctuary. McGregor Winery (which is next to door to Sempurna), Lord’s Winery, Bemind Winery, and Tanagra (famous for its Grappa) all offer wine tasting.
