201 Terra Mare is situated on the 2nd floor of this popular complex and features partial sea views. This fully equipped, modern self-catering apartment offers you home-style living, with the perfect Umhlanga holiday feel.
The apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with a main en-suite (with bath and shower) and a separate bathroom (with shower only) for the other two bedrooms.
The apartment comfortably sleeps six guests with a Queen size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the other bedrooms (which can be converted to King size beds on request). Quality linen and bath towels are provided. Leading off the lounge and dining room are sliding doors onto the patio. Sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. The kitchen is fully equipped including an eye-level oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer combo and a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is FREE high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment! A full DSTV (satellite TV) bouquet is provided for your enjoyment on a large flat screen TV in the lounge. The entire apartment is air conditioned. 201 Terra Mare is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Secure open parking is provided on the property. A magnificent swimming pool is provided for the exclusive use of guests residing at Terra Mare, as well as communal braai/BBQ facilities.
201 Terra Mare is ideally situated across the road from the beach and access to the world class Promenade which stretches along the coastline for 5km. The apartment is within walking distance of the Umhlanga Village and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. One can park your car at the beginning of your holiday and have no need to use it again for your entire stay.
Umhlanga is one of the most sought after holiday resorts in South Africa and attracts visitors from all over the world. The warm waters of the Indian Ocean make swimming an all year round activity. Winters are extremely mild on the KwaZulu-Natal coastline and Umhlanga enjoys a sub tropical climate. 201 Terra Mare is a five minute drive from Gateway Shopping & Entertainment Centre, the largest centre in the Southern Hemisphere).
