Sea Cottage is a self-catering beachfront cottage located on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast in the town of Southport. Besides being a very popular fishing beach, Southport is very conveniently situated in close proximity to many delightful restaurants, golf courses and shopping facilities. The front garden gate opens onto a narrow strip of indigenous vegetation, this is all that separates you from the beautiful blue flag beach.
This beachfront cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan living area. The main and second bedrooms each contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains 2 adult bunk beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Quality linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine provided. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a large 65" wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels with surround sound. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire cottage. Solar power saves the cottage from loadsheading.
The whole front of the cottage, which includes the dining room, main bedroom and third bedroom all have stacker doors which open up onto a lovely verandah with swimming pool.
The cottage is fully fenced. Vehicles can park in the enclosed driveway with access via a electric gate. The property has state of the art security, exterior alarm beams, interior alarm, CCTV viewable from the lounge area and electronic safe. The exterior is lit via independent solar lighting. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on the verandah and in the courtyard only. Regret, no loud music or noise as this is a residential area.
