*Accommodation consists of 6 double luxury rooms furnished with turn-of-the-century antiques, four-poster beds, fine linen, and Persian carpets *Each room has a sitting area with an open fireplace and comfortable Morris chairs, where complimentary drinks and chocolates await your arrival *Fully tiled bathrooms are en-suite with a shower, bath, and wall heater. For your comfort, under-tile heating takes the chill from cold winter nights whilst ceiling fans cool those balmy summer evenings *Our Standard Room is decorated with a subtle ethnic touch and has either one king or two twin beds. The Standard Room has a private, tree-shaded balcony overlooking the Village Green, a bathroom with shower & heater, under-tile heating, and a ceiling fan *Our self-catering apartment is decorated with a subtle ethnic touch and can sleep up to four people. The apartment has one bedroom (either 1 king or 2 twin beds), a double futon sleeper couch in the lounge, a private balcony with wonderful mountain views & braai facilities, a fireplace & ceiling fan, a bathroom with bath & shower, and a well-appointed kitchen *Children are welcome in the apartment. Book both the apartment and Standard Room and we will unlock the interleading doors to create a 6-sleeper self-catering apartment
*Please be aware that Clarens has ATM machines but no banks *There is only a small chemist so please bring the necessary medications with you. *The closest major centre is Bethlehem (35km) *The Eastern Free State Highlands is a touring biker's paradise with excellent roads
