Views include the 6th fairway, 6th tee, hole and dam. It combines the solitude of wide-open spaces with an abundance of flora and fauna. Small species of game naturally ground in dune forests, such as bush-buck, grey and blue duiker, spotted genets and various species of mongoose can regularly be seen.
The estate boasts one of South Africa’s top golf courses. It has an 18 hole links-styled golf course with a highly rated colonial clubhouse. The estate, covers an area of 154 hectares and is situated right on the coast with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean.
A private access beach, and private lagoon further compliment the golf resort along with squash, tennis and swimming, a jungle gym, indigenous forest, nature trails, declared nature conservancy, 200 resident bird species, small game, rock & surf fishing, lagoon & sea fishing as well as canoeing.
The Lodge, which also serves as the members’ clubhouse, has 15 well-appointed rooms, the Bunkers restaurant, a pub, conference centre and Spa.
