Nestled on the 25th floor of the building, one enjoys breathtaking 180 degrees views of the ocean and main Toti beach from each bedroom and the lounge. 3 modern lifts take you to the apartment. Very secure building with underground parking and remote access.
Lifeguards supervise the main beach is right across the beach road from the building. The picturesque Inyoni rocks house an Olympic-size swimming pool & a kiddies pool.The spot will be the delight of the budding fisherman. Enjoy long walks along the never ending sandy beach and along the well-lit promenade.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower/wash hand basin/toilet.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. A full bathroom with shower is across the passage. An additional fold-up mattress is also available to sleep a 6th guest.
There is a coin operated laundromat one floor up from the apartment. Freshly laundered bed linen is available on arrival. The apartment is not serviced but a casual cleaner can be hired at extra cost via our agent.
Barbecue facilities and on-site swimming pool are available for those occasional windy days.
The lounge and dining room are tastefully furnished in cane and a separate fully furnished kitchen complements the apartment.
Across the road from the building, one finds an assortment of restaurants/shops/takeaways, liquor store, Woolworths food store, chemist to name a few.
Within a short drive, enjoy large Shopping Malls, Cinema, golf courses, game reserve, parks and boat rides on the lagoon.
Beach and Bath towels, toiletries, kitchen swabs and detergents are NOT provided - please bring your own.
