Beach Break Holiday House is a free standing 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom,
Single-garage home, ideal for families or friends that want to get away to a
pristine unspoilt beach where you can fish, and laze away some relaxation time. It is only 75m from the beach and situated in an elevated position, so as to take advantage of the views. The main netted Umtentweni swimming beach is only a few minutes walk away along the sand.
The house is totally walled and has a perimeter electric fence and beams internally and externally. Internal gates separate the front yard (of 1245 Sqm) from, the back of the house, making the house pet friendly and able to separate different animals from one another for example.There is ample parking for vehicles behind an electric sliding gate and one lockup single garage. This home is in a safe area with other homes adjoining it next door. It is not secluded from neighbours, but it is however private, well appointed and spacious with a lovely terraced garden.
There is accommodation for 10 people in four rooms all with built in
cupboards. (Main: Queen-size bed + 1 single bed, dressing table, fan and en-suite bathroom. 2nd:
Double bed + 2 single bunk beds, dressing table. 3rd: Double bed + 2 single bunk beds, dressing table. 4th: 2 Single
beds, dressing table and fan.). Different bedding configurations can be made on request.
The home has a relaxed, kick off your shoes, rustic feel, like a beach cottage should be, but it is clean and tidy with a newly renovated modern bathroom, separate loo and new oak finished kitchen with granite tops.
Beach Break Holiday House has a brand new modern well equipped kitchen, with a new hob and under-counter oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer installed for your convenience. It has a lockable, gated courtyard with a windy dryer. There is a separate open plan lounge, dining room and bar and two verandas. DSTV comes standard. A domestic helper can be arranged for your convenience.
Bedding and bath towels are supplied but don't forget to bring your own beach towels washing soap, dish washing liquid, charcoal and loo paper. Please remember that we will do all we can to accommodate any special requests that you may have.
