The beautiful coastal village of Mthunzini is a declared conservancy and home to the Raphia Palm Monument and the rare palm nut vulture. Natural coastal forests with an abundance of bird life and small wildlife witha navigable lagoon which winds through the mouth onto the unspoilt beach are highlights of this hidden gem of a village.
