Looking for a cosy two bedroom guest house, bright and cheerful! Look no further! The SunVilla is close to UJ, the SABC and of course trendy and bohemian 7th Street, Melville. Within walking distance are shops, a medical clinic - just in case, and some 20 restaurants and pubs.

Please note that the SunVilla needs to be taken as a complete unit.

Sun Villa room 1 and
Sun Villa room 2
1 central bathroom (1 toilet, bath and shower) and 1 central extra guest toilet.

On 100m2 the SunVilla situated on a north facing hill looking down onto the Melville Koppies, contains 2 bedrooms, one with a double the other with two single beds. A generous lounge, modern Kitchen with everything that opens and shuts and a very handy and bright work space, ideal for the traveling journalist, Internet connection (WiFi) is provided.

A big veranda to stretch out and relax.
Car port parking for two cars and friendly neighbours.
