Our two Cottage Suites are located on the first floor of the Cottage Pie building, set back from the main beach road in a quiet crescent. Both suites have very spacious floor plans and bathrooms with bath and separate shower. The Cottage Suites have cottage-style decor and wooden beamed ceilings, but offer the same modern conveniences as the other rooms: heating/cooling aircon, flat-screen TV & DSTV satellite channels, tea/coffee making facilities and minibar.

Our Self-Catering room is opulent living at its best. With all the luxuries of a hotel, our self-catering room has a generous open-plan living area perfect for family holidays, a stone’s throw from Robberg 5 – blue flag beach. The main bedroom is separate to the living area and has an en-suite bathroom that includes heated-towel rails in an open plan shower and bath, with a separate toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with amenities, fresh fluffy towels and robes. The self-catering room includes heating/cooling air-conditioning and a flat-screen TV with selected cable channels. The open plan kitchenette comprises of the necessities, including an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and a small fridge for your convenience. The room is serviced daily and breakfast is included in the room rate. This room is child friendly with a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 children up to the age of 11, sharing with adults. If you are travelling with children, please let us know how old your children are so that we can arrange for the best accommodation arrangements for them.

Our Garden Rooms are located in the peaceful Cottage Pie building, in a quiet crescent set back from the main beach road. The Garden Rooms offer a relaxed beach cottage-style decor and look onto garden courtyards or onto the private pool area at Cottage Pie. Garden Rooms offer shower bathrooms, with the exception of Garden Room 1 which also has a bath. Please see our website for specific features of each room. All Garden Rooms offer tea/coffee making facilities, minibar, heating/cooling aircon and flat-screen TV with a selection of DSTV channels. Wi-fi is available in these rooms. A lounge and kitchen facilities are also available for guests' use at Cottage Pie.

The three View Rooms are all in Beachy Head Villa. All have spectacular sea and beach views. Suite 1 is a lower ground floor suite with french doors opening onto an exclusive-use patio and garden area. Suite 3 is a ground floor suite and has a large bay window with mesmerising sea views. Suite 5 is a first floor suite with french doors opening onto a private balcony with great sea views. All rooms have bath with separate shower, heated towel rails, minibar and tea/coffee making facilities, as well as heating-cooling aircon and flat-screen TV. A mixture of cable internet and wifi is available in these rooms. All rooms have kingsize beds. Beachy Head View Rooms are not suitable for children sharing: please book a Robberg House Suite or Beachy Head View Suite if you are traveling with children and wish to share with them.

Our Suites all have private balconies overlooking gardens and extremely spacious bathrooms & floorplans. These suites are all child friendly, each with a queen-size sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 children up to age 11 sharing with adults. - Suites 6, 7 and 11 in Robberg House each have a small kitchenette. Suites 6 & 7 have an interleading balcony so are great for families with older children. - Suite 5 in Cordovan Villa is a 2-room suite with a king-size bed in one room and a queen-size sofa bed in the other. All suites have bathrooms with separate showers, heated towel rails and double basins, heating/cooling air-conditioning, flat-screen TV with selected cable channels, and minibar and tea/coffee making facilities.
