African Sands is an upmarket bed & breakfast ideally located in Amanzimtoti, 55km kilometers from King Shaka International Airport, 2 kilometers from Prospecton, 3 kilometers from Southgate Industrial Park and 25 kilometers from the Durban City Centre. We offer comfortable, affordable business and holiday accommodation in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The establishment consists of 12 beautifully decorated suites, one of which offers a self-catering option and 2 of which can accommodate an additional 2 children. All units are en-suite, with air-conditioning and ceiling fans and have TV's offering the DStv hotel bouquet.

There is a swimming pool and off-road parking on the premises. We offer a delicious full buffet breakfast to start the day, a laundry service, a mini bar facility, and wireless internet.

The property also has a Solar Powered inverter system to help alleviate the discomfort of load shedding.

We are in close proximity to a number of leisure activities including private game farms, crocodile farms, snake parks, The Midlands Meander, The Valley of 1000 Hills, scuba diving at Aliwal Shoals, major shopping malls, and cinemas.
