A 50% deposit with booking either EFT or full payment on arrival is required. Reception is open from 08:30am – 05.30pm Mon - Fri, 10am - 1.00pm Sat. and 10am – 11am on Sun.and public holidays. Guests are asked to check in during office hours, and make prior arrangements if arriving after hours. @Marula RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are only refundable in the event of : 3 months before stay date: 90% of deposit,.1 month before stay date: 60% of deposit, 2 weeks before stay date: 30% of deposit ,1 week before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable and on non- arrival or curtailment of stay. @Marula will seek full payment for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment of stay and non arrival.
