21Benade is situated in Fichardt Park and is easily accessible from the N1 and is less than 5 minutes driving from the PnP Hypermarket, Bobbies Park, Show Grounds and Rose Park Hospital. It is the perfect accommodation spot for the tired traveller looking for an overnight place, or for those wanting to stay a bit longer and enjoy the hospitality. Accommodation comprises 4 fully equipped self-catering units. All units come equipped with comfortable beds, a bathroom fitted with a shower, a private entrance, air-conditioning and DStv.

On-site facilities include a braai area, Wi-Fi and secure parking. Unfortunately, the layout of the premises does not allow for the accommodation of pets or large gatherings/parties. Please check parking availability in advance in case of abnormal loads or trucks. In addition, provision has now been made for emergency power during load shedding and water supply during shortages.
