The house is only 200 m from a great swimming and fishing beach in Leisure Bay; perfect for any watersport enthusiast. The area boasts great hiking trails and the Southbroom Golf Course; easily one of the most popular courses on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, just 14.7 km away.
The house can accommodate 6 persons and comprises 3 bedrooms located upstairs: The main en-suite bedroom has a shower; queen bed and small balcony The second bedroom has twin beds The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a bath tub (shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom).
