This hidden gem is located outside Knysna, on the edge of the indigenous forest and the foothills of the Outeniqua Mountains. Forest Edge is situated at the end of Knysna Indigenous Forest. The forest is located east of Knysna, a town part of the Garden Route and best known for its all-year-round warm climate, world-class golf courses, lagoons, forests, hiking trails and plenty of outdoor activities. This is a perfect spot for hikers, runners, swimmers and fishermen.
Accommodation comprises 3 luxury cottages, 2 standard cottages and 1 house, suited to accommodate up to 26 guests in total. The luxury and standard cottages are fully equipped for self-catering and perfectly suited for families of 4. The Falcon House is a fully equipped double-storey house suited for a bigger group of 6 guests - max 4 adults and 2 children.
On-site facilities include a braai area and secure parking. Guest are also welcome to explore the forest which offers stunning walking- and biking trails, rock pools and beautiful picnic spots. The establishment is not pet-friendly. There is Wi-Fi available only in the reception area and 3 luxury cottages.
Breakfast is available at an additional R90.00 pp.
