A luxury self-catering holiday apartment offering exquisite uninterrupted ocean views. The apartment is perfectly located on Ocean Drive, Shaka’s Rock on the pristine north coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. Ballito’s lovely Thompsons Bay and Salt Rock beaches are in easy walking distance making the apartment a perfect choice for a relaxing beach holiday with sun, sand and rock pools.
The modern five sleeper apartment is well furnished, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite, while the twin and single room share a second bathroom that offers guests both a bath and a shower. Two air conditioned bedrooms and the lounge area have sliding doors opening onto a stunning sea facing patio where one can watch the waves crashing onto the rocks below. All rooms have ceiling fans to accommodate the hot summer days. A modern open plan kitchen with granite counter tops is fitted with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge, equipped with DSTV, flat screen TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system, opens onto a magnificent patio that runs the full length of the apartment. It is furnished with loungers, an 8 seater dining table and a gas braai.
The unit has secure off road parking for two vehicles (one undercover and one open). The apartment is situated on the third floor and is accessed via a flight and a half of stairs (there is no lift in the complex). A half day cleaning service is included once a week and is available for additional days at an extra charge of approximately R150 per day if arranged before arrival with the owner.
Nearby amenities include shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses, fishing and of course lovely beaches and scenic walks on your doorstep. King Shaka International Airport is 25km south of Ballito.
