Magani Ridge is a self-catering house located in Marloth Park, a 3,000-hectare wildlife conservancy and holiday town situated on the southern border of the Kruger National Park, between Malelane and Komatipoort in Mpumalanga. It is a popular stopover for tourists travelling to the Kruger National Park, Swaziland, and Mozambique, offering a chance to spot four of the renowned Big Five.
The house has been designed for our severely handicapped son, who loves the bush . The deck is ideally situated as the heart of the house , and hence the reason for the open plan bath in the main bedroom. The house is situated in a pan-handle entrance ensuring complete privacy.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is able to accommodate 6 people. The main bedroom has a double bed and an open bath and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each fitted with 2 three-quarter beds and share a separate bathroom fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a gas stove, fridge-freezer and microwave. The house has air-conditioning and wall fans. The lounge area has an L-Shaped couch and a flat-screen TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table.
Outside is a lovely deck area where you can enjoy your early morning coffee to the sounds of the abundant bird songs and the call of the iconic African Fish Eagle. Snuggle up with a good book on the deck or let hubby show off his braai skills in the built-in-braai.
The cool spash pool has built in seats , and is ideal to cool off with a refreshing drink after a long day in the Kruger .The splash pool is ideally located for children as parents can relax on the deck and keep an eye on your precious loved ones .
Marloth Park is a malaria area , therefore please consult your doctor or a travel clinic before travelling.
