This stunning contemporary beach villa is situated on the beautiful Keurbooms Beach. Keurbooms beach is renowned for its natural beauty ideal for long walks. This villa has been designed with fantastic outdoor living spaces and has a direct walkway to the beach. The roof top deck accessed from the courtyard by a spiral staircase is perfect for sundowners and has a bar counter, gazebo and sitting area. There are five bedrooms, two of which are not accessed from inside the house. The other three rooms of which one is the master bedroom are in the main house. The open plan and expansive living areas have stack doors and open onto the pool deck, ideal for alfresco living. With a pizza oven, barbeque facilities, dining and sitting area and deck chairs this is the place to unwind.

Not suitable for small children due to uncovered swimming pool and drop-offs

Minimum stay A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Cancellations No shows or cancellations less than 30 days to arrival - No refund Cancellations more than 30 days to arrival - 50% of deposit is refundable Cancellations and dates amendments must be requested in writing. Amendment of dates will be based on availability and minimum stay will apply. Extras and fees: The full balance and breakage deposit is due 21 days prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is required. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure less breakages if any.
