This luxury Villa is located at the very top of the suburb, offering you stunning beach and sea views along with majestic, romantic evening sunsets. It is close to the world famous CampsBay and Clifton beaches, Central Cape Town, Table Mountain & cable car, scenic Chapmans Peak Drive to Cape Point, as well as the V&A Waterfront & tourist information centre. Only minutes from: restaurants, theatre, nightlife, clubs & bars, wine routes, golf courses, health clubs (with related sporting activities), diving, paragliding, parasailing, horse riding, bird watching, historic places of interest, Royal Cape Yacht Club & Cape Town International Airport.
On entering the Villa through the plant lined entrance hall, you will find a formal lounge with an open fire place, living room, dining room, (double volume with large picture window), games room (with chess, pool table & dart board), fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
There are 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people, along with 3 bathrooms (main en-suite with spa bath & dressing room). Sleeping facilities can also be arranged in the very large games room, which is the highest room in the Villa with its own patio & unobstructed views of the whole of Camps Bay & the Table Mountain Nature Reserve. Each room is equipped with its own TV, clock radio, air-conditioner, safe, lantern, fire extinguisher & hair drier.
On offer, for your enjoyment, there is a solar heated rim flow swimming pool with martini seating….jacuzzi spa bath with massage jets….both a built-in & portable barbeque….comfortable outdoor furniture, loungers & umbrellas.

Rate is between R2500 - R8500 / per night for the Villa. Rates are negotiable depending on demand. Last minute bookings are discounted drastically, if we can accommodate.
