Sherwood Garden Flat is situated in the heart of Fish Hoek with easy access to shops, beaches, mountains and the peninsula. The flat is privately situated in the back garden of the property, safely gated from the street and quiet. It is ideal for singles or couples who are coming to stay in Fish Hoek, either as a local retreat for those who live in the Cape Town area, or as a base for visiting family or friends in the area.
The flat is recently renovated but is still old style having been built in the seventies. The climate in the flat is lovely, best on the property, and has its own stoep surrounded by potted plants, looking out over a herb and vegetable garden with some young citrus trees.
There is a double bed with STORAGE FOR SUITCASES UNDERNEATH IT. The flat is OPEN PLAN with a toilet off the bedroom and AN OPEN SHOWER which is private from the bedroom.
The flat is equipped with a kettle, beverages, cutlery and crockery to have a light meal on. There is also a SMALL FRIDGE. However, please note, the flat is NOT SELF CATERING and has STREET PARKING ONLY. There is a hanging rack for clothing but no wardrobe. Some items can be packed out flat in the sideboard.
You would be comfortable staying here round the clock if you like, but it is best for overnighting in while you go out and enjoy yourselves making the most of the beaches, restaurants and beautiful drives and walks in the area.
Please note, Fish Hoek is a coastal town and has a windy climate, especially from September to April. Some days are still and hot, others are windy, some days are just crazy with wind. We cannot control this unfortunately. On the positive side, the regular breezes make Fish Hoek 10-20C cooler than Cape Town and the Winelands in high summer.

Double-bed accommodation with open plan toilet and shower, suitcase storage under the bed, small fridge, kettle and beverages supplied. Some space for packing out clothing flat in the sideboard but no hanging space. Not suited to guests with a lot of luggage and smart clothing that needs hanging up. Quiet garden flat securely located at the back of the property. Street parking only.
