Summer days can be spent on the golden sands of the many kilometers long, unspoiled Keurbooms beach which is just a short stroll away and al fresco dining on the patio with ocean views. Both en-suite bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have sliding doors opening up to the deck area. The open plan living areas are light and bright with large windows and sliding doors and a very modern, more than completely equipped kitchen flows out to the patio which makes for easy entertainment. After a day of activities, sundowners can be enjoyed on the outside sunny lounge area or meander down to the private seating area nestled amongst the fynbos. This property is perfectly located in a private beach front estate with direct beach access. The estate also has a large community swimming pool and the cottage has beautiful and well kept garden area around it. The cottage is equipped with solar energy and is completely off the grid.
There is a refundable breakage deposit of R4000. Please note no smoking inside the house.
