Glass sliding doors lead out to the patio which is an ideal space to enjoy a barbeque and al fresco dining with the sound of the waves crashing on the nearby shore. After a day of activities, sundowners can be enjoyed on the outside sunny lounge area. This property is perfectly located in a private beach front estate with direct beach access and has a well kept garden area around it. The estate also has a large communal swimming pool and the house is equipped with an inverter. This cottage sleeps 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). This cottage is equipped with an inverter and battery which provides power to lights and Wifi, no heating elements.
Please note that there is a refundable breakage deposit of R3000.
