Livre d'or

The chalets should have wardrobe for guests clothes and personal belongings. The service was not according to my request which was confirmed by their emails. I booked for two rooms and their email dated 2018.06.19(15:21 ref 3842478) confirmed that but on arrival, we were made to share with my kids and wife. The service was poor due to that. I made the same booking at Beaufort West through your agency and the rooms were in accordance to our specifications. I will send you a copy of their email which is in dispute. I could have left to Bloemfontein but was very tired and needed to rest hence I stayed there but I dont in future will use that facility
