I am really surprised and happy. Can't wait to book my holiday accommodation with Sleeping-Out again.

I really expected more from Little Eden. During my first night's stay, I found that the bed was broken, the toilet door hinges were broken, there was no hairdryer and the telephone was not working. I called from my cellphone to ask for a hairdryer and reported the phone but when I returned later the evening, the phone was still not working, the aircon did not heat the room properly (it is mid winter and -6 degrees at night), and the kettle tripped the power. I had to go to reception at 9pm to try abd find the supervisor and nobody was around. I called from reception by myself to get the night staff to assist me in my room. They could not fix anything that time of the night and then moved me to another room. At least the room was warmer but the general cleanliness was really not up to standard. It is a thatch-roof room, half of the light bulbs were busted, plants grow through the roof, spiders in the corners and the toilet seat was broken. We took a cold shower the 2nd morning as the water did not heat-up. I would not recommend staying here again. The breakfast was nice.
