The Blue Crane Guest House nestles in the heart of Parel Vallei, the most beautiful and protected suburb of Somerset West. The historic blue-gum trees offer shelter against the summer winds and give the area a unique tranquillity.

The main pool, covered pool patio with braai ( BBQ ) facilities as well as 8-seater cocktail pool are very private and exclusively for guest's use. Unfortunately we do not have a licence to sell alcoholic drinks.

The tastefully decorated rooms all have DSTV and are furnished with king-sized beds, a fully equipped kitchenette including a microwave and a fridge, air conditioning units and a fully tiled private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The personal attention to detail will ensure an experience of a lifetime.

For our B&B guests, a breakfast buffet is served in the dining room which is free-flowing onto the pool area. Wireless internet, ASDL internet access and fax facilities are available at the Blue Crane.
Werner, a registered tour guide, will gladly show you the Western Cape at very competitive tour rates while Brigitte arranges bookings for golf, car rentals and restaurants.

Apartment

Luxury apartment consisting of a lounge/living room and separate bedroom. Living room comes with a full kitchen (washing machine & dishwasher), guest bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The bedroom has a king-sized extra-length bed and a full en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Also has an air conditioning and opens up onto a furnished garden patio overlooking pool and garden. The lounge/living area can be re-furnished with 2 single beds to create a family unit, sleeping 4 guests. All rooms have access to free WiFi and secure offstreet parking s included.

Our our rooms are luxury double rooms suitable for self catering and/or B&B requirement. All rooms with en-suite bathrooms, king-sized beds, a kitchenette, DSTV satellite TV as well as air conditioning unit. Private entrances from a furnished garden patio and secure off-street parking ensures that guests can come and go as they please. Two rooms available with cooking facilities, ideal for longer stays. Longer reservations are negotiable. 2 rooms with full bathrooms (bath and shower) available. Rates exclude breakfast which is optional and will be charged to the room at R85.00pp/night extra, only payable on check-out. A 50% room only deposit will secure a booking. SINGLE night bookings +10%.
