Bay Tree is a 4-Star guest house located in the well-established suburb of Bailey's Muckleneuk, (usually regarded as part of Brooklyn), with 6 air-conditioned rooms, 1 suite, a refreshing swimming pool and a lovely garden. The guest house is superbly situated, near to the places listed below, to the access roads to the business developments in the east and there is easy access to the N1, N4 and R21,

Guests have a choice from 6 air-conditioned rooms with either twin beds or a queen-size bed, or our suite offering a king-size bed, a dressing room, and a kitchenette. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, some with bath and shower and some with only a shower. 3 of the rooms can be adapted to be self-catering, though all of them have a bar fridge, and tea- and coffee- making facilities. All rooms are equipped with TVs and DStv access (Guest house package), as well as WiFi internet.
A full breakfast is included with each stay, while dinner arrangements must be made in advance. We offer excellent service to complement any holiday stay. Guests have access to the garden and to the swimming pool with its lapa.

Bay Tree is ideally situated. It is close to 3 hospitals Jacaranda, Groenkloof Life (formerly Little Company of Mary) and Zuid Afrikaans, to Pretoria University main campus and Groenkloof campus, Unisa, the Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary, Loftus Versfeld stadium, Brooklyn Mall and the boys and girls schools. For business purposes we are close to the city centre and one of the two major roads to the developments in the east. Justice Mahomed Street, is half a block away with the other road, Lynnwood Road, about five blocks further..
