High Timbers Lodge is privately owned and offers you a personal environment against the animosity of hotels. The lodge is situated high on the slopes of the Cape’s Constantia mountains and is surrounded by nature with birds singing, the scampering squirrels and the cry of guinea fowls; it is heaven on earth.

The very relaxing atmosphere, ambiance, and style with attention to detail ensure a personal service that makes High Timbers Lodge special. Beautiful antiques combined with modern comforts ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

The six bedrooms, designed for peaceful rest, have either twin or king size beds. All the essential amenities like TV (M-Net and Supersport), telephone, heaters, hairdryers and heated towel rails. Cupboards are roomy and bed linen is hypoallergenic and pure cotton. Each bedroom is en-suite with both a bath and shower.

All rooms have glass back doors to a private balcony or terrace that is facing the pool area and offer you a spectacular view. The apartment has two en-suite bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, sauna and private balcony overlooking the garden.

Golf is our passion! Enjoy a relaxing Cape Town golf weekend or golf vacation and improve your handicap. Cape Town Golf Hotel, High Timbers Lodge, is within easy reach of the most scenic and challenging courses in the Cape: Steenberg (home course of Lodge owner), Westlake, Clovelly and the Royal Cape Golf Club to mention just a few. Supervision by a local pro during your rounds is always a special feature, which we will gladly organise. Golf lessons & equipment can also be provided.
