Our Mountain Retreat "Diggersrest Lodge" is situated on the top of the Magoebaskloof, set in beautiful Gardens with breath taking views over valleys and mountains close to the picturesque village of Haenertsburg, only 1 and a half hours away from the Kruger National Park in the Limpopo Province. It comprises of a large main house and two cottages, all self catering. Perfect for guests looking for homelike lodging in a tranquil setting, close to a variety of action away from the city's bustle.

The Main Lodge House, sleeping maximum 10 persons, comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, with the rooms equipped with either double or two single beds with a bath or shower in the en-suites. The house also has a large fully equipped kitchen and open-plan lounge, with dining area and indoor fireplace and full DSTV, as well as a spacious patio.

The two cottages, each sleeping a maximum of 4 persons, have either one or two bedrooms equipped with either queen-size, double or two single beds with a bathroom that has a bath and shower. These units are ideal for small families or couples, and are also fully equipped with an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a fireplace and TV, as well as a spacious patio.

Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool and braai amenities on the property, with free secure parking available for vehicles. Within close proximity to Diggersrest Lodge, guests will find an array of attractions and activities to experience, such as bird watching and nature walks through the indigenous forests, mountain biking, fishing, Debengeni Waterfalls, canopy tours, or visits to restaurants and quaint shops in Haenertsburg village.
