Notten’s prides itself in offering it’s guests a phenomenal wildlife experience. The lodge is the epitome of natural elegance. Each private suite, with en-suite bathroom offers breathtaking views. In the purposeful absence of electric lighting a magical atmosphere is created in the ambient light of candles and lanterns, capturing an enchanting spirit of romance. The suites are kept cool by ceiling fans. The massage deck is a peaceful setting for relaxing therapeutic treatments and restful hours at the sparkling pool are a must. The sound of the African night sets the perfect mood for dining in the enchanting candlelit boma.

Daily Safaris are led by experienced rangers in open top Land Rovers offering adventurous, close-up encounters with the region’s prolific wildlife, including the Big Five. Daily bush walks are also available which allow one to discover the small hidden treasure of this exceptional region.

Rates include accommodation, 3 meals, 2 game drives and a walk daily, local soft drinks, house wines, beers and one bag of laundry per stay. Excluded are special wines, champagne and spirits, transfers, massages and items from our curio shop. We charge a 50% single supplement Children 6 and over are welcome. If the group books the entire camp (min 14 people) then all ages are welcome. Shared accommodation for children - 1 x Family Room, 1 x Triple Room. Notten’s will do transfers to/from Skukuza, KMIA and Hoedspruit region, please inquire directly for rates. Children under the age of 12 years enjoy a 30% discount. Payment Policy Option 1 ( Direct Booking) 50% deposit payable to confirm your booking one week after the booking has been made. Option 2 ( Agent Booking) Full payment to be made six weeks prior to guest arrival date. Cancellation Policy 10% of the booking value, if cancelled once confirmed. 50% of booking value, if cancelled 6 weeks prior to guest’s arrival. 100% of booking value, if cancelled 4 weeks prior to guest’s arrival.

Lounge/Dining area: Open-plan lounge & dining area leading onto a wooden deck overlooking a vast plain and waterhole. Indoor lounge with large fireplace and fully stocked bar and wine cellar. Open air boma for an evening around the fire. Massage Deck: Idyllic, peaceful setting for therapeutic treatments. Meals: Traditional bush breakfast, buffet high tea/lunch, three-course dinner.
