There is a dining area with a table and seating that seats 6 persons. The lounge features a TV with EasyView DStv viewing, but the full package can be arranged for a cost. The living area leads out onto a patio area, which contains a built-in a braai facility for guests to use.

A secure, lock-up garage is available for 2 vehicles to park in. Esprit da Sea is located a 2-minute walk from the beach, and is a drive from a few shops and restaurants within town and in Velddrif.

A security deposit of R1200.00 and a admin fee of R500.00 is payable with your final payment. Final payment is due 2 weeks before your arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days of the return of the keys. - You cannot allow more people to stay in the property than expressly authorised, nor can you take your pet into the property. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the property to you, or can require you to leave it.
