Map’s View Guesthouse consists of furnished bedrooms ranging from self-catering four-sleeper chalet to spacious double and deluxe queen rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with necessary amenities. Map’s View Guesthouse has beautiful cascading Gardens which add to the ambience, a pleasant and memorable stay. Secure inside parking is provided for all guests. The guesthouse provides accommodation with hill views, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor cooking area / barbeque / braai.
Certain units in the guesthouse have private entrance, all rooms are equipped with a smart TV, and some, a DSTV, study desk. Some rooms include a coffee/tea station, a microwave and fridge.
A four-sleeper self-catering unit is a cottage-style house set at the back of the main property. It is very private and secluded and offers its own Gardens. The chalet has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower, the second bedroom consist of two single beds. Our spacious lounge has a double sleeper couch and additional comfortable couches. The second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, a toilet, and fitted with a ceiling heat lamp for the oddly cool nights. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave and kettle, crockery and cutlery. A braai facility and the cozy patio lead you to beautiful cascading garden.
Point of View Cabin is an open plan unit suitable for one person or a couple. It is equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, a microwave, kettle, bar fridge. The double sliding glass doors open to a balcony with patio chairs and table, where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views, a beautiful cascading garden. The joy and the magic of this cabin is that it is embedded amongst the trees, making for a tranquil, relaxed stay and a feeling of “far away” places.
Deluxe Queen Room has a queen size bed, hence the name, and is ideal for couples looking to have a relaxed moment away. As the sun sets you will have that last moment in the fading sun by the swimming pool before you retire to the warmth of your room. The deluxe queen room is very popular as a honeymoon suite and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a double sized bath, double basins and separate shower. With a fitted single bed, the room also serve as a suite for a family of three. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle.
Standard Double Room has a double bed, and is ideal for one person or a couple looking to have a relaxed moment away. The standard double room is equipped with smart TV, study desk, coffee/tea tray, and a kettle. It has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower. As the sun sets you will have that last moment in the fading sun by the swimming pool before you retire to the warmth of your room.
