Situated in the beautiful Eastern Free State town of Clarens you’ll find Golden View luxury self catering a mere 400m away from the town square. Our establishment consists of two properties.

On the first property we offer a modern tastefully decorated 3 bedroom house called the Willow House (Sleeps 8). A private and separate 2 bedroom cottage (Contain the view: sleeps 4) and a romantic 50 m² studio attached to the house. 500m away on the second property we have a beautiful, Moroccan themed, 2 bedroom house called Oak on Church (sleeps up to 6), as well as our new romantic semi-attached unit with a private garden and entrance called Square Roots studio. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

All 5 units have breathtaking views over the mountains and are only 5 minutes walk from the town square.
All units have fully equipped kitchens and modern living areas, with fireplaces. Entrance to each unit is private. The decks/patio has 180 degree views with outside seating and braai facilities. Secure parking is available to guests.
The kitchens, with its framing view of the mountains, is fully equipped with all the necessities: large fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machines/plunger and toaster.
The modern living areas, are stylishly decorated and all units are fitted with wood burning fireplaces. (Wood is provided during the winter months from April- August.)

Nestled in the sunny part of Clarens, the deck and patio provide the ideal space to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and countryside.
The fireplaces will ensure warmth inside for a comfortable and cozy atmosphere during cold nights.
