Leeurivier Wildkamp Lapa is a rustic self-catering farmhouse situated 50 km south of Beaufort West. The house can comfortably accommodate a group of 9 people with space for everyone to relax and enjoy the wide open Karoo veld.
The Lapa is situated between 2 dry riverbeds within a large game camp, boasting an impressive variety of game species including giraffe, zebra, kudu, eland, sable, gemsbok, blue wildebeest, red hartebeest, blesbok, springbuck, duiker, steenbok, ostrich, and the smaller veld inhabitants like the hare and mongoose.
This solar and gas-powered property consists of 3 bedrooms and ample ablution facilities: a bath, a shower and 3 separate toilets. The main and third bedroom each have 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds. The open-plan kitchen contains a double-door fridge, a gas stove with an oven and ample cooking utensils and pots.
The outside area contains a grassed area with a braai, as well as a covered area with an additional built-in braai. The living area includes a bar area, a large dining table and chairs as well as a fireplace which makes it a cosy alternative in winter.
