Fynbos Garden Cottage is open-plan and offers a king size bed with a single bed, accommodating up to 3 people very comfortably. The lounge has comfortable couches and a wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV with full package DStv. Additional house features include a 2-seater dining table, indoor wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette and uncapped wifi. The en-suite bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

Outdoors offers a private patio with seating arrangements and built-in BBQ/Braai, also a private access from your designated parking bay. There is an additional bush lapa with seating arrangements and built-in boma BBQ/Braai situated in the lush Gardens, for exclusive use by guests.

Daily sightings of various bird species, from Eagles to Knysna Loeries, as well as breathtaking sunsets/sunrises are just some of the things you can expect to enjoy during your stay. The Cottage boasts garden, forest and mountain views.

This is a semi-detached Cottage. The owners lives on the property with their pets (who may come visit) but this Cottage is private and set-apart.

Children of all ages are welcome, however, please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with. Do take care of small children as there are no safety gates and the swimming pool does not have a safety net.

Rates valid until 9 December 2026. Peak Season (10 Dec - 10 Jan) Min 5 - 14 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 3 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 3 nights. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1250 post departure cleaning fee. - There is no back up supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are however rechargeable lights and the stove top is gas. - Max 3 people are allowed to stay over, includes children. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. The bedroom is open plan with 1x King size bed and 1x Single bed. - Uncapped wifi and full package DStv is included. The TV is a smart TV. - R 2000 as refundable breakages deposit to be paid IN CASH UPON CHECK IN. Please notify the Management Team (who will provide your check-in/out) of any damages or defects noticed in the house or on the property, visible upon arrival up to 2 days after occupation. The Tenant shall notify the property manager within 2 (two) days after the date of arrival of any defects in the Premises and shall, if the Tenant has not notified the property manager as aforesaid, be deemed to have acknowledged that the Premises were received in good order and condition. Please also notify them of any damages/breakages incurred during your stay. Refundable Retainer is for any loss, damage or breakage to inventory items, furniture, linen, towels, carpets or anything else relating to the home. This retainer (or the balance thereof after deduction of any of the above costs) will be refunded to you in cash upon departure, should nothing be broken or damaged at the house. In the event of damages and or breakages exceeding the refundable retainer, the Tenant hereby agrees and undertakes to make payment in full of all such additional breakages and damages within seven days of receipt of proof of the breakages/damages sustained. - Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There is no safety fence or gates at stairways, also no safety net on the swimming pool. You need to keep an eye on small children for their safety. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. - Please bring your own baby cot and high chair with. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - NO pets are allowed on the property. The owners live on site with their pets (dogs and cats) who may come visit. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: This accommodation is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and the owners and other residents live on-site. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. This will be withheld off your breakages deposit. - The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials. - Housekeeping service is included 1x per week if a booking is 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays, housekeeping service is not included, it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables. - Parking: There is 1 designated parking on-site for guest use. - The area is home to wildlife including birds and bush bucks etc. - Due to the natural surroundings, charcoal is to be used in the portable braai and wood can be used in the fire pit braai. Please ensure ALL fires are put OUT if unattended/you leave as this property is a high fire risk area. - The property is in nature, please keep a watchful eye for snakes and other creatures.
