Ocean-view Self-catering Penthouse: This is an up-market 160-sqm penthouse apartment offering 2 en-suite bedrooms, both with outside balconies and fantastic views of the whole area. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room includes an indoor braai/BBQ), a wood-burning fireplace, and a full kitchen with a gas cooker, dishwasher, wine fridge, and coffee machine among other great perks. There are 2 wooden decks: the main one with views of False Bay and mountains and a smaller ‘breakfast’ deck looking towards the mountains. The penthouse contains a 55-inch LCD TV (Netflix) with a soundbar.

Family Self-catering Apartment: The family-friendly Sand Dune ground-floor unit consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchenette/living area. The kitchenette offers a gas cooker, stone tops, and a bar fridge, and the living area offers a sleeper sofa for 1 child under the age of 12 on request, including a 43-inch latest LCD TV with Netflix and other streaming apps and a Bluetooth sound bar.

Deluxe Self-catering Apartment: This up-market 32 sqm 1-bedroom apartment has private parking next to the entrance. The en-suite bedroom has a queen-size bed, cupboards, toilet wash basin & shower. The open-plan kitchenette with living area has a gas cooker, bar fridge, LCD TV fitted to the wall, soundbar, small dining table and chairs. There is a sleeper couch bed for 1 child under 12 on request. The two private patios have good-quality outdoor furniture. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Guests have access to the swimming pool on the property. The penthouse has a private braai/BBQ area, and there is a built-in braai/BBQ in the garden for shared use with Fynbos & Sand Dune.

Pringle Bay is a picturesque seaside town situated between Betty’s Bay and Gordon’s Bay, in the Overberg region of the Western Cape. Nestled at the foot of Hangklip Mountain, Pringle Bay forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, boasting white sandy beaches and an abundance of exquisite fauna and flora. Pringle Bay features the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO heritage site which supports over 1600 species of fynbos (150 of which are endemic to the area). Pringle Bay and its surroundings are largely unspoilt, offering a natural environment inhabited by rich birdlife and wildlife. Birding enthusiasts will be in their element spotting the vivid sunbird, sugar bird, and the African Black Oystercatcher while in Pringle Bay. Other animals you can expect to see in Pringle Bay include the Cape Clawless Otter, African Penguin, flamingo, Egyptian goose, guinea fowl, and the Southern Right Whale between June and December each year.
