At 40 Oceanview is a gorgeous self-catering villa located in the heart of Glen Ashley, Durban North. This stylish home has modern features and is a great option for a coastal getaway, with an inviting swimming pool and a Jacuzzi with stunning ocean views. This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, as well as a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are both furnished with a king-size bed and have a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower, and the fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The bright and airy living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central island with stools. Glenashley serves as an excellent and quick commute for the businessman who doesn't want to stay within the heart of the city and needs swift access to the multinational corporations and businesses that have moved north of Durban's old Central Business District to set up business in the modern business parks with enviable coastal views.

The Virginia Airport is virtually on Glenashley's doorstep, yet another reason for staying here. You're close to the Beachwood Mangroves Nature Reserve here, on the north bank of the Umgeni River.
