Tucked away in the heart of the Witteberg mountain range, Waterval Karoo Gasteplaas is a luxurious guest farm located 17 km from Laingsburg in the Western Cape. This property offers high-end accommodation, making it an ideal stopover for travellers journeying between Cape Town and Johannesburg.

The farm boasts superb, newly built facilities that blend luxurious comfort with a distinct Karoo aesthetic. The buildings were constructed with materials chosen to reflect the region's unique character. Guests can choose from a variety of accommodation types, ranging from ultra-luxurious to standard, catering to both business travelers and holidaymakers.

The Manor House, a stunning work of art nestled within the Witteberg mountain range, operates completely off-grid with its own borehole water and solar power. Inside, the two main bedrooms each feature a wood-burning stove for warmth during the colder months. A third bedroom is located on the second floor, next to a study with a fireplace and a private balcony overlooking the garden. For families, there is a dedicated family room with two adjacent bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The house also boasts a fully equipped communal kitchen, an informal dining area with an indoor braai, and a more formal dining and lounge space.
