Other nearby attractions include a waterpark, a river and a casino. The Wild Waves Waterpark is 2.5km away from the beach and provides lots of thrills and excitement as sliders whizz down the 'Boomeranga’ water tube. The Mzamba River attracts flocks of tourists each year, because of its unrivaled natural beauty. The river spans 162 kilometres in length from the south of Port Edward. Plans to construct a 140-metre suspension bridge are currently underway, aiming to provide safer crossings for locals. For those wishing to try their luck at the roulette tables, The Wild Coast Sun has a variety of table games and slot machines to partake in.
